Derrick is our very friendly Service Manager and has been with us since 2007. Customer service is his priority and his gift. He performs state emissions inspections and is also ASE certified in brake system repairs. He is a very important member of our team. Derrick is a graduate of Katy High School. He enjoys all sports and likes to plays softball in a local league. Just look for his friendly smiling face at the front counter.
Our Team
Welcome to Mission Car Care. We are an independently owned and operated automotive repair facility in Katy. Jim and Debbie Noblitt are the owners and have been a part of the Katy business community since we opened our doors in June of 2002. We have called Katy our home since 1989. At Mission Car Care Jim is in charge of the daily operations of the shop and Debbie handles the marketing and accounting side of the business. As owners, we have a very "hands on" approach when it comes to taking care of our customers.
Rob is one of our leading technicians and has been with us since 2003. He is never afraid to tackle a difficult job. He graduated from MoTech Automotive Training Center in Detroit, MI in 1979 and he is also ASE certified. His gift is accurately diagnosing difficult drivability problems as well as electronic and engine performance problems. Rob enjoys hockey, football and classic cars.
Ulises is one of our gifted technicians and has been with us since 2007. He is originally from Monterrey, Mexico and has been in the auto repair industry for 15 years. He is methodical in his approach to car repairs as well as resourceful, neat and organized. He is a great team member. He enjoys soccer and is also bi-lingual.
Jim is the owner and general manager. In the office, his focus is quality assurance and overseeing the daily operations of the shop. He has been servicing vehicles since 1979 and has earned his ASE L1 Certification. He also assists in diagnosing vehicles when needed. He enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
